Many parents wonder if they should enroll their child into a photo contest at all? What is the impact if suddenly their little one is the #1 winner in the contest? How would things develop from there at all?
For one, just winning a kids photo competition is no guarantee that your child will be famous one day. For the beginning it does not mean anything other than that you can collect the prize that was set for the competition. Be it cash money or as an example a cash infusion into a 529 College Savings Plan or other items, that’s the only thing that will happen immediately. From there it depends on the kids photo contest you participate in. For some contests the story ends right there – your child has won and that is it. For my favorite kids photo competition “The CuteKid Kids Photo Contest” things might turn out completely different.
Your child’s photo will eventually be discovered by talent agents and from there things might go a little crazy. If chosen, your child might become an advertising star with brand name companies. Or things turn towards TV and movies – you never know. After all, this is America – Land of Opportunity. It would not be the first time a regular guy (cough, cough … child) gets discovered and becomes a celebrity of some sort.
So, if you think your child has what it takes and looks extremely cute (I know she does), then why not try? Most people miss out on the opportunities of their life’s because they fail in one thing: THEY NEVER TRY
Register for free with the CuteKid website, upload photos (free), pick one and submit it to the contest. There is a $19.95 cost involved for entering the contest. However, in return you can be sure that this is a contest held by professionals and not by some cuddly 76 year old piano teacher from the local town fair. Don’t miss out because you never try. How would it feel to be the parent of the next Bruce Willis or Julia Roberts?
